Job Description
Reg.ru is the leading Russian domain registrar and a major hosting provider. We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist for our complex (bundled) services line, working with customers who use multiple Reg.ru products at once.
What you will do:
- Provide support for customers using bundled hosting, domains, SSL, cloud and managed services
- Diagnose technical issues and guide customers through resolution via chat, ticket and phone
- Document issues and contribute to the knowledge base
- Escalate complex incidents to L2 / engineering
