Job Description

Sectigo is building out a Center of Excellence (CoE) within Revenue Operations to scale operational execution across our global GTM organization. As a Deal Desk Operations Specialist focused on Quoting Execution, you are the engine that powers Sectigo’s pre close quoting motion. Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

  • Build quotes in Salesforce CPQ for the global sales organization (Enterprise New, EMEA, SMB, and Partner)
  • Manage the CPQ approval workflow: routing approvals, tracking status, escalating bottlenecks
  • Process deal registration assignments and account cleanup
  • Partner directly with sales reps to gather quote requirements, clarify ambiguities, and turn quotes around against defined SLAs
  • Ensure every quote follows Sectigo’s pricing rules, discount thresholds, and approval policies
  • Maintain quote data accuracy in Salesforce so downstream forecast, billing, and reporting flows are clean
  • Document every quoting scenario you handle for the CoE knowledge base
  • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
