Community Manager – AI Products

The Community Manager will create and grow online communities across Discord, Reddit, forums, and other relevant platforms, develop community strategies including platform selection and growth plans, establish and maintain community guidelines and moderation practices, foster meaningful conversations, act as the voice of SiteGround in community spaces by answering questions, sharing updates, and gathering feedback, identify and nurture community advocates and power users, surface user feedback, feature requests, and pain points to product teams, plan and run community events like AMAs and challenges, track community health metrics, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with product launches and campaigns. The role requires 3+ years of experience building and managing online communities with proven success in growing communities from scratch on platforms like Discord or Reddit. Candidates should have deep understanding of community dynamics and moderation best practices, excellent written communication skills, a passion for technology and AI tools, and the ability to balance community advocacy with business objectives. Experience with developer or tech-focused communities, SaaS, hosting, AI products, community platforms, and tools, as well as active participation in online communities is an advantage.
