DevOps Engineer – SIP Core (Voice Platform)
Help us run and evolve a mission-critical SIP platform used by business customers every day. In this role, you ensure stability and availability while actively driving automation and modernization of our voice services. You’ll work in a DevOps setup with real ownership and impact – from operations to continuous improvement. What you can expect: -High-impact role on a critical VoIP platform (SIP Core / Ribbon) -Modern DevOps environment with automation and continuous improvement -Collaboration across network, architecture, and operations teams -Agile setup (SAFe) with real influence in PI Planning and execution -Room to shape and improve systems – not just operate them.
What impact will you have?
– Operate and improve SIP-based telecommunication backend systems
– Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of voice services
– Monitor systems proactively and prevent incidents
– Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
– Test and deploy updates, fixes, and improvements
– Drive automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency
– Contribute to capacity planning and system health checks
– Maintain and improve documentation and runbooks
– Participate in on-call rotation (Engineer on Duty)
