DVX Team Coach As a Team Coach within DVX team, you support teams achieving sustainable high performance. You work systemically across teams, individuals, and the organisational context to strengthen collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. Embedded in the DVX context and working in close collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Unit Lead and Team Coaches, you enable teams to operate effectively while fostering a strong growth mindset, psychological safety, and feedback culture.
The role combines coaching, facilitation, and organisational development. What you move? As a Team Coach, you actively shape how teams work, learn, and evolve. Your main areas of impact include: People development & performance support
- Support teams and individuals in goal setting and development discussions.
- Enable continuous learning and a growth mindset at team and organizational level.
- Contribute to performance dialogues, feedback processes, and end-of-year assessments in a coaching capacity.
Organisational collaboration
- Work effectively with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Unit Lead and Team Coaches.
- Contribute to alignment, transparency, and collaboration across teams and unit.
- Act as a trusted partner within the DVX Team Coaches Pool, sharing learnings and evolving coaching practices together.
- You will collaborate with an international community based in Riga, Rotterdam, and Switzerland, requiring flexibility and the ability to work with different processes, tools, and local practices.
Team effectiveness & collaboration
- Enable strong collaboration and a shared mindset within and across teams.
- Facilitate team events such as retrospectives, workshops, and team development sessions on demand if requested by the team or pro-actively coming from the team coach pool.
- Support conflict management and the development of a healthy feedback culture.
- Foster psychological safety and emotional intelligence within teams.
Agile enablement & continuous improvement
- Support agile setups and ways of working in alignment with the team and organisational context.
- Drive continuous improvement through facilitation, reflection, and data-informed discussions.
- Help teams identify and remove impediments together with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to team process improvement and effective capacity planning.
