The role as customer service supporter at team.blue:
We deliver solutions across webshop platforms, payment systems, webhosting, domains, email and various CMS systems. Your main task is to understand customers’ IT challenges and ensure they’re taken good care of.
Your primary tasks:
Experience with the above is not required. We provide thorough introduction and training in our products and systems. You’ll have varied workdays with freedom under responsibility, plus ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
