Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedDynamics 365 Human Resources Consultantto conduct areview of an existing D365 HR implementationand provide expert recommendations for improvement.
This short-term engagement will focus on assessing the current system, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimise processes, configuration, and overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensivereview of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementation
- Assess system configuration across core HR areas including:
- Personnel management
- Leave and absence
- Compensation and benefits
- Performance management
- Evaluate alignment withbusiness requirements and HR best practices
- Identifygaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Reviewdata structures, data quality, and reporting capabilities
- Assess integrations with other systems (e.g., Finance, payroll, third-party platforms)
- Provide recommendations on:
- System optimisation
- Process improvements
- Configuration changes
- Potential use of additional D365 or Power Platform capabilities
- Produce a clearassessment report and roadmap of recommendations
- Present findings and advise stakeholders onprioritisation and next steps
