Junior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedJunior ServiceNow Developerto join our growing ServiceNow team within Enterprise Health Service. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in ServiceNow development or a strong technical background who is eager to learn and grow within the platform. You will support the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and workflows that improve service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules including but not limited to Core Platform, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, WDF, HRSD, HCLS, GenAI.
• Support the underpinning ServiceNow platforms, and the implementation of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of ServiceNow applications.
• Help maintain platform performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features.
