Head of Systems Engineering Team

Timeweb is among the top hosting providers in Russia by customer count (~200,000). We need a Systems Engineering Team Lead for the L3 team responsible for monitoring, incident response, server commissioning and complex analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a group of systems engineers: coordinate work, set goals, ensure 24/7 monitoring
• Build engaged, effective team; mentor staff, run 1:1s, build talent pipeline
• Optimize on-call, escalation, onboarding and incident-management processes
• Ensure platform stability and high availability; plan new server capacity
