The Tasks:

• Installing WordPress and basic plugins;
• Pointing a domain to web hosting; Editing DNS records;
• Migrating websites;
• Installing and renewing SSL Certificates;
• Online communication with clients (LiveChat and ticket system);
• Normal daily tasks for every support hero of ours;
• Dealing with SSH, FTP and SFTP;
• Working with Databases.

Here the colleagues will help you demystify the following issues:

• Hosting, site and domain and how the Internet works;
• Migration – process, logs and common issues;
• SSL – why it is necessary, how it is installed and renewed;
• Dealing with SSH, FTP and SFTP;
• Data bases;
• DNS – Get to know different types of DNS records and what they are used for;
• Principles of professional communication with clients.
