This Privacy Operations Analyst position reports to the Senior Director of Data Governance & Operations and focuses on protecting customer and employee data while supporting privacy and security initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and customer inquiries, conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Data Transfer Risk Assessments (DTRAs). The analyst collaborates with vendor risk, information security, and legal teams for product and vendor reviews, maintains audit-ready records of privacy activities, tracks and reports privacy trends, responds to audits and regulatory requests, investigates potential privacy incidents, and supports privacy-by-design in technology and business processes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or technology risk, with hands-on assessment capabilities and knowledge of global privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA. Familiarity with AI tools and privacy platforms like OneTrust is necessary. The role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in law, information systems, risk management, or a related field. IAPP certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, or CIPP/US are advantageous.
