Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering leadership.
Experience building and scaling engineering teams.
Strong technical background in modern web/cloud development.
Experience with cloud platforms and data center technologies.
Proven ability to deliver complex software projects.
Strong people management and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on engineering excellence.
