About the role

We are looking for an experienced specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end HR and payroll processes at beyond.pl. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Polish labor law, social security and tax regulations, and is able to act as a trusted partner for both employees and the leadership team.

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in HR / payroll roles
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, social-security (ZUS) and personal income tax (PIT) regulations
Hands-on experience running end-to-end payroll for medium / large organizations
Fluent Polish is required (legal compliance and employee communication)
Working English for cross-team communication
Ability to act as a partner for employees and management
