- Own Outbound Pipeline Creation:Drive net-new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach to SMBs and entrepreneurs
- Execute a True Hunting Motion:Identify, target, and engage new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost
- Qualify & Convert Opportunities:Quickly assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, and move prospects efficiently through the funnel
- Run Full Sales Cycle:From first touch through close, own discovery, objection handling, and deal execution
- Drive New Logo Acquisition:Focus on bringing in new customers and expanding Bluehost’s footprint in the SMB market
- Position Value, Not Just Product:Act as a trusted advisor to educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions power their online presence and growth
- Maintain High Activity & Performance:Consistently hit daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline generated) and MRR targets
- Handle Objections & Close with Confidence:Navigate competitive conversations and close with urgency and integrity
