HR Information System Analyst (Workday)

As theHRIS Analyst, you are part of the overall HR team and play a key role in supporting HR systems and end users globally.

You will work closely with HR business partners, senior HRIS team members, and other stakeholders to provide day-to-day system support, maintain data integrity, and assist with system enhancements and process improvements.

What You Will Do:

• Provides day-to-day support for coreWorkday applications, includingHCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting
• Responds to and resolves HRIS service requests, questions, and issues from HR partners and end users
• Assists in troubleshooting system issues, researching root causes, and escalating complex issues to senior HRIS team members as needed
• Supports data integrity efforts by identifying, investigating, and correcting data issues related to employee records, positions, organizations, and transactions
• Assists with system configuration changes, testing, and validation under the guidance of senior HRIS team members
• Participates in Workday releases and updates by supporting testing activities and documenting results
• Helps develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and basic calculated fields
• Provides user support, documentation, and training materials to enhance system adoption and usability
• Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive employee, compensation, and personal data
• Collaborates effectively with HR, IT, and other internal partners to support HR technology needs
