- Supports Core Workday Applications and roll outs including HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting
- Assists staff with service requests and develops solutions for Workday issues
- Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of fixes and documents results; Escalates issues and proposed solutions as appropriate
- Investigates and addresses data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, positions, integrations, and organization management processes)
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users
- Ensures a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate
- Reviews upgrades and update planning for Workday and uses thorough testing practices to ensure that new releases run seamlessly
- Assists with both internal and end user support
- May drive projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
Preferred/Nice to Have
- Experience building complex calculated fields and condition rules for utilization in business processes and reports
- Full cycle implementation of any Workday module
- Experience building and troubleshooting integrations and EIBs
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards
