What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Own Go-to-Market Strategy for AI Agents and Apps

  • Define and lead GTM strategy for AI Agents and Vibe Apps across the customer’s lifecycle of building, growing and running their online business.
  • Develop an intentional and thoughtful POV on what we need to build and take to market to help our customer succeed online
  • Identify high-impact use cases that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of these AI offerings to SMB, Developers and Mid-market customers

Drive Product Launches & Adoption

  • Lead cross-functional launches for Agentic offering -from beta to GA-ensuring strong market entry and sustained adoption
  • Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, and Channel teams to drive acquisition, activation, and expansion across all routes to market, including online cart, and sales.
  • Develop strategies to increase usage and customer retention through customer-centric experiences

Translate AI and Agentic Capabilities into Customer Value

  • Simplify complex AI/ML concepts (e.g. generative AI, automation and tasks) into compelling, easy-to-understand benefits
  • Build narratives that connect agentic functionality to real business outcomes for SMBs (e.g., time savings, revenue growth, ease of use)
  • Craft compelling narratives for non-technical SMB audiences and developer audiences

Content, Enablement & Evangelism

  • Develop high-impact content including product narratives, demos, use cases, and sales enablement materials
  • Partner with Content, PR, and Digital teams to bring AI innovation stories to market
  • Enable Sales, Support, and CS teams with tools and training to effectively position agentic capabilities

Shape Product & AI Strategy

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/AI teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market insights
  • Validate value propositions through customer feedback, usage data, and experimentation
  • Help define how AI enhances the end-to-end customer journey within Bluehost

Measure, Learn & Optimize

  • Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact
  • Use data and experimentation to continuously refine GTM strategies and messaging
  • Monitor competitive landscape across our expanding peer group and new players across the broader landscape.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS, ideally within AI, data platforms, or technical products
  • Experience launching AI/ML-powered products or features (Generative AI, automation, or data-driven applications)
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging
  • Proven track record owning GTM strategy and driving measurable adoption and growth
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, user behavior, and market dynamics
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and content development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring success
  • Experience in Agentic offerings (Agents, Apps, LLMs), web hosting, SMB business platforms, or digital presence platforms
  • Familiarity with SMB or mid-market customer segments
  • Background working with SMBs, developers and/or agencies
  • MBA or advanced technical/business degree
