As the BU Finance Manager at GoDaddy, you will partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational goals, leading financial modeling and forecasting activities that guide long-term planning and performance. This role demands analyzing complex financial data and presenting insights to senior management to support critical decision-making. You’ll provide strategic recommendations on risks, opportunities, and resource allocation, while driving process improvements and system implementations, fostering collaboration across teams. Candidates are expected to have more than 6 years of finance experience in a global organization with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Mastery of advanced Excel and Power BI is essential; familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight is advantageous. Strong communication skills are required to effectively present financial insights at all organizational levels. Additionally, proven experience collaborating across regions, teams, and external partners to drive performance and solve problems is necessary. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in financial modeling techniques, are critical for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience, alongside professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance.
