Join GoDaddy as a Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner, supporting Technology and Corporate Functions teams with strategic HR leadership. This role is crucial in partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and scalable workplace culture. You will drive organizational growth, change initiatives, and maintain clarity in decision-making across multiple time zones. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience, your responsibilities include partnering with People Operations to enhance employee experience programs, designing workforce planning and development strategies, supporting performance management and talent review processes, and leading organizational design and effectiveness initiatives. Champion GoDaddy’s culture, values, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Use data analytics for continuous improvement, manage and mentor your team, and provide expert HR guidance in career development, compensation, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Candidates should have 12+ years of HR/business partner experience, 5+ years in leadership, and direct global organizational experience. A bachelor’s degree and flexible, entrepreneurial mindset are preferred, along with strong process and change management skills. This role may require occasional travel and offers a dynamic work environment with hybrid or remote options.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR or relevant business partner experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with global teams
  • Experience with organizational composition, succession, performance management, and diversity initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and impact with executives and staff
  • Experience in large-scale global organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
