The Senior Supervisor Commerce Sales at GoDaddy will lead and develop a frontline sales team focused on high velocity merchant acquisition and activation within the Commerce Sales team. This role requires building a performance system anchored in accountability, consistent coaching, and data-driven decision making. The leader will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, activation, and customer lifetime value. They will monitor critical KPIs such as win rate, speed to first payment, aGPV, GCR contribution, adherence, and call effectiveness. Strategic initiatives to improve funnel conversion, seller productivity, and customer outcomes will be executed. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational rhythms including pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, calibration meetings, and performance reporting. The supervisor will recruit, onboard, and grow top-tier sales talent to support the scaling commerce organization, ensuring compliance with sales processes, compensation structures, and operational standards. Fostering a culture promoting customer focus, urgency, ownership, and integrity is key. The role demands at least 5 years of high performance leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant services, with proven success in leading inbound or outbound sales teams and strong analytical skills in interpreting sales metrics and forecasting. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field is required. The candidate must be able to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona, leading in person and adapting to a fast-paced environment with rapid growth goals. Experience with payments ecosystems, scaling sales teams, AI-enabled sales tools, or automation platforms is advantageous. Compensation comprises an annual salary, monthly commission, and equity stock grants. The position is full-time, office-based and may require weekend work.
