You will build and scale backend systems integrated with frontend technologies, focusing on automation, observability, security, and testing. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams, you will bring ambitious ideas to life and deliver real customer value. You will also craft the technology roadmap by driving backend strategies, adopting scalable architectures, and evaluating new technologies to keep ahead of market needs. We seek candidates with over 8 years of development experience, including at least 1 year managing engineering teams and 3 years in technical leadership roles, strong skills in Node.js, microservices, APIs, and full-stack development with React and Next.js, hands-on cloud expertise with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. The role embraces challenges such as modernizing legacy systems and scaling services, valuing a team-first approach and strong communication skills. Preferred additional experience includes multiple tech stacks like Ruby or Go and AI technology familiarity.
