Your tasks:
- Support and maintain customers’ servers in our own data centers
- Provide telephone and email customer support
- Implement complex customer server orders
- Install customers’ hardware in our colocation centers
- Actively contribute to the continuous expansion of the data center infrastructure
- Complete goal-oriented projects within the team
