Job Description
Scope of responsibilities:
Handle customers on inbound hotline per home.pl standards (phone, email and chat channels).
Sell products and services based on customer needs analysis and meet sales targets.
Comprehensive advice and resolution of customer technical, billing and after-sales issues.
Expectations:
Customer-centric attitude, strong communication skills, ease in dialogue with business customers.
Willingness to work shift system (including weekends and holidays).
Customer service experience; active sales or technical support experience welcome.
Fluent computer and IT tools usage, basic knowledge in this area.
Ability to work effectively under time pressure in dynamic environment.
Minimum secondary education.
