Job Description

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Handle customers on inbound hotline per home.pl standards (phone, email and chat channels).
  • Sell products and services based on customer needs analysis and meet sales targets.
  • Comprehensive advice and resolution of customer technical, billing and after-sales issues.

Expectations:

  • Customer-centric attitude, strong communication skills, ease in dialogue with business customers.
  • Willingness to work shift system (including weekends and holidays).
  • Customer service experience; active sales or technical support experience welcome.
  • Fluent computer and IT tools usage, basic knowledge in this area.
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure in dynamic environment.
  • Minimum secondary education.
