You’ll be a specialist able to answer every customer question about our offer, and provide technical, billing and after-sales support for Marketplace services including Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, antivirus programs, TeamViewer/AnyDesk.
Customers contact you via phone, email or chat.
Based on customer needs analysis, you propose additional services matched to customer expectations, helping meet sales targets.
Additional back-office tasks and contact with our partners as needed.
Contact our customers on current tasks or retention/sales actions.
We work in a close-knit team, Monday to Friday, shift system, 8am-8pm hours.
Expectations:
Customer-centric attitude, strong communication skills.
Willingness to work shift system (including weekends and holidays).
Customer service experience; active sales or technical support welcome.
