Your role at Hostinger
We’re looking for aPricing Strategistto join Hostinger’sRevenue team, focused on designing monetization strategies that drivecustomer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue expansion.
In this role,you’ll shape how we package, price, and monetizeour products across the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely withProduct, Marketing, and Financeto develop commercial strategies that maximize customer value while supporting sustainable business growth.

Your day-to-day
Hostinger is growing rapidly, and so is our product portfolio. As we continue expanding beyond hosting, we’re looking for a Pricing Strategist who will helpshape how our products are packaged, bundled, and monetizedacross the customer lifecycle. In this role, you’ll own initiatives that influence howcustomers discover, purchase, and expand their usage of Hostinger products.
Developmonetization strategiesthat drive customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth;
Designpricing models, packaging structures, and commercial policiesaligned with customer value and business goals;
Leadoffering experiments, using data and customer insights to validate opportunities;
Identify growth opportunities throughmarket analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking;
Driveoffering, bundling, cross-selling, and product positioninginitiatives to increase customer and cohort LTV;
Partner closely withProduct, Marketing, Finance, and Analyticsteams to influence strategic business decisions.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to improve monetization outcomes, influence high-impact decisions, and create sustainable growth opportunities across the business.

Have3+ years of experiencein pricing, monetization, strategy, growth, product, or business analytics roles;
Have experience developingpricing, packaging, or monetization strategiesthat drove measurable business impact;
Understand a variety of monetization models, includingsubscription, usage-based, and add-ondriven businesses;
Arehighly analyticaland comfortable using data to evaluate opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide decisions;
Can balancecustomer value, product strategy, and commercial outcomes;
Influencecross-functional stakeholderseffectively across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams;
Are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments withambiguity and incomplete information;
Have experience usingSQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
