We’re looking for a Principal Delivery Partner / Delivery Operations Lead to help us scale how engineering delivers.
This role exists to bring clarity, structure, and momentum into a fast-growing, matrix organization. You will work across multiple engineering guilds (QA, FE, BE, DevOps, Automation) and product teams to ensure delivery is not just happening — but is predictable, visible, and continuously improving.
Success in this role means making delivery transparent and measurable, accelerating cross-team initiatives with less friction, reducing ownership gaps, and building leadership confidence that execution is under control.
This is not a coordination role.This is a systems and execution role.

Your day-to-day:
•
Analyze delivery across teams and identify gaps in processes, ownership, and coordination
•
Implement lightweight, scalable improvements to delivery systems
•
Build dashboards, define meaningful metrics, and contribute to WBR
•
Turn data into actionable insights
•
Drive stalled initiatives and clarify ownership, priorities, and next steps
•
Align teams and ensure smooth execution across functions
•
Introduce AI/automation and improve planning, reporting, and coordination
•
Reduce manual operational overhead
•
Define ownership boundaries, introduce guardrails, and strengthen collaboration at scale
Your skills and experience:
•
Experience working with engineering or product organizations
•
Background in delivery, operations, program management, or transformation
•
Experience managing cross-team initiatives in complex environments
•
Strong understanding of metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
•
Systems thinking and ability to see patterns beyond individual problems
•
Ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure and actionable plans
•
Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior engineers and leaders
•
Ability to challenge and improve existing ways of working
•
Proactive mindset with focus on improving processes, not just maintaining them
•
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and complexity
•
Willingness to push when things are not working
•
Outcome-oriented approach rather than activity-focused
