Your role at Hostinger Kodee is our AI assistant that guides and assists customers every single day -from troubleshooting issues to walking them through routine tasks – serving almost 4 million Hostinger clients around the globe.

We’re weaving the chatbot directly into agent workflows with AI-powered ticket summaries, smart suggestions, and automated resolutions that supercharge productivity. You’ll join the Chatbots Team to both expand Kodee’s capabilities and drive this deep Kodee integration, turning great support into lightning-fast, customer-oriented, AI-powered support. • Design & ship new features for Kodee, Customer Success platform as well as related tools.
• Own service architecture decisions, delivering reliable, scalable code.
• Integrate Kodee with systems across Product, Customer Success and more.
• Continuously improve performance, observability, CI/CD, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with Chatbots team and other top engineers on cutting-edge LLM-based projects.
• Share knowledge and elevate coding standards across the team.
