Your role at Hostinger In this role, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and evolving Hostinger’s core infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across our global platform. You will focus on provisioning and maintaining systems, improving automation, enhancing observability, and ensuring services run efficiently at scale. You will work on optimizing distributed systems, improving performance and resilience, and maintaining high availability across globally deployed services. A key part of your role will involve building reliable automation, refining monitoring and alerting, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues to maintain maximum uptime.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also contribute to the operation and improvement of critical networking components, including DNS, ensuring consistent and low-latency service delivery worldwide. Working closely with product and infrastructure teams, you will help evolve system architecture, strengthen security, and support new features that enhance customer experience.

• Provision Infrastructure: Deploy and configure new systems, servers, and related components to expand global capacity and reliability.
• Scale and Optimize Infrastructure: Continuously manage and scale infrastructure to support increasing traffic while maintaining high availability and minimal latency.
• Design and Implement Infrastructure Architectures: Build efficient, resilient systems – including distribution models, redundancy strategies, and edge optimizations.
• Monitor and Maintain Operations: Track system performance, analyze usage patterns, plan capacity growth, and ensure smooth, accurate, and uninterrupted service across all regions.
• Automate Workflows: Use tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Quickly diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, maintaining stability, reliability, and strong SLAs.
• Enhance Performance: Continuously measure and fine-tune response times, caching behavior, and system efficiency to improve overall performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions tailored to product needs and support new features and improvements.
• Drive Innovation: Explore new technologies, implement improvements, and refine operational workflows to evolve and strengthen the platform.
