As Email Support Specialist, you handle customer email inquiries for our domain, hosting and website services.

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer email inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Resolve technical issues with hosting, email and domains.
  • Document customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Contribute to FAQ and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Experience with customer contact via email and chat; able to take phone calls when needed.
  • Knowledge of various email clients, ability to interpret email headers, understanding of DNS, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, POP and IMAP.
  • Available minimum 32 hours per week (schedule flexible, discussed with you).
  • Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Spoken/understanding English.
  • Available 2 days per week at the office.
  • Open to an AI-first way of working – enjoys exploring new tools as the team adopts them.
