As a member of our team, your primary role will be to provide technical chat and ticket support to our valued customers across the globe by answering their queries and helping them to understand Namecheap products & services based on their needs and assisting them configure our products.

Eligibility:

This exciting opportunity is open to individuals located in and around Coimbatore who meet the following criteria:

UG/PG degree in any stream.

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening and Night).

Work Model:

Our current work arrangement involves a hybrid model, with employees working in the office for two days per week. This arrangement may be adjusted as necessary to meet the demands of the business.

Interview Process:

Our interview process consists of two levels:

Level 1: A written test to evaluate your proficiency in the English language

Level 2: A Skype interview with the team lead (TL) to assess verbal and client communication skills
