Job Description
Reg.ru is the leading Russian domain registrar and a major hosting provider. We are hiring a Level-1 Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers.
What you will do:
- Handle inbound tickets, chats and calls about hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and our control panel
- Diagnose common issues; resolve them or escalate with a clear handover
- Document resolutions in the knowledge base
- Work shifts according to schedule (24/7 team)
