Role Overview

AsController & Business Administrator, you will oversee financial operations and streamline business processes to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth. Your role will involve managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting the administrative needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Reporting

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Oversee invoicing, payments, and expenses
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors

Administration & Operations

  • Manage contracts, documentation and compliance
  • Support HR related admin (payroll, onboarding, benefits)
  • Handle office related tasks and supplier agreements
  • General admin support for the CEO and team

Job requirements

  • Experience in finance, accounting, or administration
  • Solid bookkeeping and financial reporting skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Norwegian accounting and tax regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience matter more than your degree
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management or a similar role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in financial management software, with knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting as we are 100% remote
