Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bring a working AI-augmented workflow into daily development — prompting, orchestrating agents, and critically reviewing AI-generated output before it ships;
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable backend applications with appropriate backend tech like PHP, Python, and Node.js, applying best practices with full ownership from design through production and performance;
Work fluently in Git within a big team, where collaboration is a must;
Partner closely with Product Managers, Front-End engineers, QAs, and DevOps to ship features end-to-end. Be responsible for systems and products that serve 3M+ websites;
Write clean, well-tested code that the next engineer can build on without fear;
Ship iteratively and often, favoring fast feedback loops and continuous improvement;
Share knowledge, challenge ideas, and continuously raise the bar for our engineering practices and the team;
Care deeply about performance, reliability, and craft – own the outcome, not just the task.
