Job Description

Aruba S.p.A. is the Italian leader in cloud, data centers and digital services. This role is part of the Enterprise Service Desk for our data-center customers. Position reserved for candidates registered under Law 68/1999 (protected categories) per Italian regulation.

What you will do:

  • Handle first-level incidents and service requests from enterprise data-center customers via phone, email and ticketing
  • Diagnose connectivity, hosting, server and cloud issues; route complex cases to the right specialist team
  • Update CMDB, knowledge base and customer communications throughout the ticket lifecycle
  • Coordinate with on-site DC operations and account managers

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related field
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS), Linux/Windows servers, virtualization and cloud concepts
  • Customer-orientation, problem-solving and good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken Italian; English is a plus
  • Eligible to apply under Italian Law 68/1999 (protected categories)
