About the Role

As an Account Management Manager, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will drive strategic account planning, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a primary point of contact for high-value client accounts.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring team objectives are met.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, focusing on long-term relationships and customer lifetime value.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure timely and effective resolution, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
• Monitor client performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on account health, identifying trends and recommending actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Support to ensure seamless client experiences and achieve business goals.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific business challenges to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
