SDR Supervisor

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve SQL, pipeline, activity, and quality objectives.

• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, interaction coaching, and performance reviews.

• Monitor individual and team performance using established KPIs and dashboards.

• Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, lead management standards, and CRM hygiene.

• Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard and develop new SDRs.

• Work with Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead routing, campaigns, and conversion.

• Forecast team performance and identify risks or opportunities to improve results.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and workforce planning.

• Recognize and reward high performance while addressing performance issues in a timely manner.

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

• Support organizational change initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Preferred

• SaaS or technology sales experience.

• Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR teams.

• Experience working in a global or remote organization.
