Provide front-line customer support via 24/7 helpdesk. Troubleshoot email delivery, cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, DNS, FTP, SSL, Apache, and service-related problems. Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. Day shift CST timezone.

Requirements

  • cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or DirectAdmin expertise
  • Apache, PHP, MySQL, POP3/IMAP/SMTP, FTP, DNS
