Job Description

Telefónica Techis looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance Support Consultant to join our growing AI Business Solutions team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, using your deep Dynamics 365 Finance expertise to resolve issues, optimise systems, and unlock greater value from their solutions. Working closely with customers, consultants, and technical specialists, you’ll ensure high-quality support, continuous improvement, and a seamless experience across the full customer lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end-to-end support for all customer-raised issues
  • Problem-solving and defining best-fit solutions
  • Scoping and delivering standard changes and enhancements
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving Dynamics 365 Finance issues in collaboration with colleagues, peers, and Microsoft support
  • Offering guidance to colleagues on best practices and functionality within Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Working with peers and customers to understand process requirements and recommend system improvements
  • Participating in system updates and releases to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Ensuring a professional and successful service delivery experience for customers
  • Supporting project and implementation activity to ensure service readiness ahead of go-live
  • Providing input, advice, and training to key users and colleagues
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and enhance customers’ Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, including Technical Leads, Consultants, and Service Delivery Managers

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Solid functional knowledge across Finance modules – General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex system and process issues
  • Experience owning incidents end-to-end in a support or consulting environment
  • Confident advising users on best practice and system functionality
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they translate into system configuration
  • Comfortable working with customers, consultants, technical teams and Microsoft support
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting upgrades, releases and go-lives
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and customer success
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-300/310/330/335) desirable
