Ultahost is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our global financial operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for building and managing our finance structure, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes; building and managing financial structures, company balance sheets, and asset management systems; leading tax-related matters and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions; managing and mentoring the accounting and finance team; monitoring company financial health and cash flow; handling M&A assessments, due diligence, and investment evaluations; working with legal and executive teams on corporate structuring and expansion planning; overseeing integration and optimization of Xero accounting software; developing KPIs and dashboards to track performance and financial efficiency. Requirements are 8+ years of finance experience including 3+ years in CFO or senior finance leadership roles, strong accounting knowledge, experience with M&A and financial modeling, proficiency with Xero or similar platforms, proven team management skills, and strong communication and strategic thinking.
