At Web Hosting Canada (WHC), a trusted Canadian web hosting provider since 2003, the Director of Growth & Revenue will lead strategic marketing and sales efforts to significantly grow revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies, overseeing comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, content, email marketing, and paid media, as well as managing sales pipelines and forming strategic partnerships to expand market reach. The role requires leveraging data analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and HubSpot for demand generation and ROI optimization. The Director will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and upsell opportunities, lead and mentor a high-performing team across marketing, design, and sales functions, and use key performance indicators and market trends to inform business decisions. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales leadership within SaaS, technology, or e-commerce sectors, including 2+ years in a leadership role, and be bilingual in English and French to effectively serve Canadian and global markets.
